Bridgewater still plagued by abandoned ships

Three Canadian military ships are stranded on the La Have River in Bridgewater, caught up in a beauracratic mess, according to a CTV news report in Sunday.

The ships are not oil-free, says a Coast Guard spokesman, and a distinct oil sheen is still seen on the river near the ships. Detention and arrest orders by the Town of Bridgewater before the courts, according to mayor  Walker, who has written to the federal government asking for help.
