One of the largest outdoor sculpture shows ever in the Maritimes opens at White Point Resort on Sunday, May 6 and runs through Thanksgiving weekend.
Visitors to the show can see more than two dozen works placed throughout the several acres of White Point.
The works have all been inspired by what is often described as the "spectacular location" of White Point, which rests along the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. The show runs until Monday October 8, 2018.
In a news release for the event, White Point executives said, "As a highlight for our 90th Anniversary, we were overwhelmed and excited by the response to our call for expressions of interest."
The show was open to local artists of all mediums, and includes works in steel, aluminum, fibreglass, clay, wood, glass and others.
The show is curated by White Point Gift Shop manager, Cathie Pincombe.
