Ham Dinner & Presentation
March 2 at 5pm at the Birchtown Community Centre
Join Katie Cottreau-Robbins, Archaeology Curator, Nova Scotia Museum, will present on her recently completed doctoral research project, titled Searching for the Enslaved on Nova Scotia’s Landscape, which describes archaeological and historical research on an 18th Century plantation landscape in the Annapolis Valley developed by a Loyalist from Massachusetts, his family members, his servants and enslaved Black Loyalists.
Dinner includes baked ham, scalloped or mashed potatoes, corn scallop, roll, dessert, tea/coffee and juice. Please pre-register no later than 4pm on February 22nd by calling 875-1310 as seating is limited.
Admission is $15.00 per person.
