“Our Community – Something for Everyone”

Community organizations, Recreation Departments and other agencies throughout Shelburne County will be presenting “Our Community – Something for Everyone” on April 20 2013 in Barrington.
This will be the 8th year for the event that circulates to various locations throughout the County.The purpose of the day is to provide information on organizations, agencies, programs, activities and events that take place in the various communities that make up Shelburne County. Displays and exhibits will be set up and the public is invited to “window shop”, talk to group representatives and learn more about them.
Musical performances for children and adults, demonstrations, presentations, games and fun are being planned for the day. There will be numerous door prizes provided by exhibitors as well.
Invitations to participate are being sent out to groups and organizations throughout the County.
Representatives of community groups or agencies that may want to take part in planning the event are welcome to attend. Please contact your local Recreation Department, Senior Services, or the King Street Family Resource for more information.
